I'm going to be asking questions about some stuff on here and making some addictions.Feal free to give me some feed back.
Next are skills each one gives you an edge in battle. They all start at 0 except one of your choice. Attack: (for each of these you have your attack goes up by 10.) Defense: (For each one of these your obstacle, barrier or aura’s hp goes up by 10.) Speed: (for every three of these you get one more move per turn.)
You get more by buying more skill points or what?
Programs: (Each character has starts out with one program of their own design and can buy more at shops.)
If I allow this.This program HAS to be approved by the admins first. We don't want a new guy coming in with Santo/Hub Batch as his first program.
~Moves~ Each character starts out with 5 moves of their own element. They gain more moves by purchasing them at shops.
Move X Type: (moves have 3 types attack, defense and dodge.) Element: (Your moves have the same element as you.) Dmg: (Beginning attacks have a range of 0-50) Effect: (what every you want. Don’t forget the elemental effect.) Uses: Every move has only up to 3 uses.
Description: (The description must include appearance and personality. Add a background if you want.)
Things such as defense moves and speed moves will be at a 1 move max for each one.Uses for each move isn't exactly the best way to go about this.I can see a lot of ties coming from this.Instead I'm planing about using negative effects to power attacks and positive effects will make a loss in attack power. I'm working on this system now as we speak and will have it by wed. It's not that I'm slow or lazy but I'm buzy.>.>;
~Speed Moves~
Dodges: These are moves that dodge and possibly counter an opponent’s moves.
(My add ons)
Unique: This is a special kind of move that can be just about anything so long as it relates to speed in one form or another.Has to be approved by admins.
Defense: A defense is a move that stops an attack, these moves come in the following forms:
Shield~ A defense that quickly blocks any attack. This form of defense can be stopped by a Breaker attack.
Based on the above it's a 3 time use for each right?
Barrier~ A Barrier is a defense that has HP of it’s own and takes all of your damage for you until it’s HP runs out. Can only have up to 100 HP for beginners. Can only have 2 uses.
Aura~ A an aura is much like a barrier except for on thing, it’s HP never goes down. If you wish to destroy such a defense your attack must be equal or greater than it’s HP. It only has one use and it’s HP ranges from 0 to 50 for beginners.
(Another add on.)
Curse/Counter Type Defense Like the name applies this kind of def not only protects but deals damage back(Maybe 15 damage for a shield with 2 uses.).This damage can't be blocked in any way.But you can only have a max of 2 moves with this ability.
You may have only 1 of these abilitys twice on one navi.I don't want to see somebody with a hole bunch of shields and speed moves that the battle goes on forever.
Obstacles: These are things summoned to change the field, attack characters, or defend you.
The elements:
Aqua~ some aqua attacks can freeze opponents. (Freeze can stop opponents for a turn and can only be used once every three turns.) Weakness: electric
Electric~ some electric attacks can paralyze opponents. (Paralysis takes away one use of a technique and can only be used every two turns.) Weakness: wood
Wood~ unaffected by all status effects except burn. Weakness: fire
Fire~ unaffected by burn and all attacks burn. (Burn adds 10 dmg to fire attacks.) Weakness: Aqua
Wind~ wind attacks can get though auras. Weakness: Sword
Sword: gets one more move per turn. Weakness: breaker
Breaker~ all attacks break shields and does 10 dmg to opponent when they have a barrier up. Weakness: aiming
Aiming~ generally weak but can’t be dodged by normal means. Weakness: wind
Recovery~ Can use healing moves. Weakness: normal
Beginers gain 1 extra move just for a healing move.May have a max of 2 healing moves.
Normal~ No real strengths or weaknesses and No effect.)
This element is to weak.I'm adding that this element has you gain extra zenny at the end of battle.
Notes:
There is no leveling up in this system. To get stronger you must buy upgrades by winning battles, going on missions, and winning contests.
Things such as Style change, soul union, full synchro , Crosses and beast outs will come later at request of the Admin.
I'm interested in the style change, full synchro, beast outs and if possible cross fusion systems.(Yes I'm planing on doing syncro chips though it's not for sure.) I really don't want people going around soul unioning with everything they see. That ability will be resurved to Rockman unless things change which they probally will.

The idea is a code that all netnavis and netops have that determines who they can synchronize with... It would be a system where people could use Full synchro, beast outs, crosses, and cross fusion sparingly. I'm not done yet, but I should be done in a few days...

Hmm. Don't know about this but I am interested to seeing what you have. You are quite talented in this area. BTW if you do manage to join we are missing a person to control Megaman X....Just FYI...

it does have alot of detail to it and with add on is better, im still thinking breaker and curse thingys are a bit highly questionable but its my opinnon. im still lookin forward to beast outs ^_^ im thinkn bout a few ideas too. so keep us notified.

I came up with the code. I call it the Sync code.
+01,A,*,00,00
Confused? You should be. However with a simple explanation this code can be mastered. This is just an example by the way.
+01) This is the part that represents karma. I this system instead of Karma being changed by dark chips it becomes something for players to trade, like bug frags. Why trade? because some areas require a certain range of karma to enter. when you trade karma you don't have then it becomes negative.
A) This part of the Sync code represents your element. this is one of two parts of the code that never change. the elements are represented as follows:
Normal~ *
Aqua~ A
Electric~ B
Wood~ C
Fire~ D
Wind~ E
Sword~ F
Breaker~ G
Aiming~ H
Recovery~ I
*) This is the second part of the code that never changes. It is called the Key. And it's called so for a good reason, it's one of the most easily matched parts of the code. The key can be anything from A-Z or even * however to get * as your Key you need to be a solo navi. Like in the game an * can be matched with any thing.
00,00) The first 00 represents your victories in battle, so when you win matches this part goes up. The second 00 is your loses, so when this part goes up we all know how bad at this game you are.
The Sync code is used to go full synchro and to gain Crosses. The conditions for these are simple to get either one you must first know the character in the storyline and second share 3 parts of the code. (You also need to ask an admin or a G-mod.)
Style change: you can get style change by purchasing or finding both an element and a style like the following:
Elements: Fire Aqua Elec Wood
Styles: Custom Guts Shield Team
I haven't finished working the kinks out of Style change yet... and I'm thinking about joining.

Basically some areas will have restrictions on characters based on Karma. It doesn't matter what keeps them out as long as they don't go in. A benefit to this would be that it keeps n00bs in place and allows for some control over the storyline. An example would be a -50 or lower restriction on the Undernet.
